Board of directors
This committee is elected by the member’s representatives during the Annual General Meeting and reports to the general membership. This committee is the ultimate decision making authority responsible for directing and controlling the affairs of the society subject to approvals from the general meeting. The committee comprises of nine members. Their principle duty is do all things necessary to achieve the society’s objective in accordance with it’s by laws.

SUPERVISORY BOARD
The members at the Annual Delegates meeting elect the Supervisory Committee. The committee normally consists of three members. Their principle duty is to monitor and report on the work of the management board. They conduct regular investigations into the affairs of the society, prepare quarterly reports to the management board and present an annual report to the Annual Delegates Conference.

SENIOR STAFF MANAGEMENT
The Senior Management Staff are charged with the responsibility of running the daily activities of the society. This team implements the policies and guidelines set up by the Board.
